Photo Service, Inc.
2. Providers of Images are responsible for content and accuracy not Feature Photo Service, Inc.(FPS), Feature Photo Wire (FPW)
or related entities.
3. We reserve the right to refuse images and photos at our discretion. We also reserve the right to deny service at any time.
4.Feature Photo Service, Inc. and Feature Photo Wire is not responsible for typographical errors. All rates and distribution
lists are subject to change without prior notice.
5. There is no charge to view the photos on our site. Photos are available free of charge for editorial/publicity use only.
Media are not charged to download or publish these images and captions. Resale, however, is not allowed. Any use for advertising
or for purposes other than editorial/publicity must first be cleared with the owners, copyright holders of the images and/or
content. FPS/FPW or its affilliates assume no responsibility regarding the use of the images. Any disputes regarding usage
shall be handled by the owner/copyright holder of the image.
6. Browsing of FPS photos in thumbnail size and low resolution is available for the public through this site via NewsCom.com.
Media are permitted to download high-res images ( JPEG files that normally uncompress to approx 5 to 7 meg for print publication)
7. Passwords are controlled by NewsCom. If your publication already has a NewsCom password, you may use it to download from
FPS. Media, including newspapers, magazines, newsletters, TV and on-line services, may receive passwords by contacting NewsCom
directly.
8. Use of our logo(s) is strictly prohibited without the written permission of Feature Photo Service, Inc.
9. FPS/FPW does not guarantee that your photo will be used. Usage is at the discretion of the individual editor(s) and/or
publication(s).
10. FPS/FPW includes the photographers name along with the photo for proper credit when given or unless otherwise requested.
FPS/FPW or related entities do not take responsibility for how or whether or to whom photo credit is given.
